These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Consolidated Consultancy Group (CCG), an IT services company based in Tripoli, Lebanon. CCG provides IT services including managed IT and support, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, software and mobile development, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of our systems or those of our clients.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CCG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom deliverables created for a client are governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

To help us deliver effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information relevant to your engagement;
• Grant timely access to systems, staff, and resources where required;
• Maintain appropriate backups and lawful licenses for your own software and data;
• Use any delivered systems in accordance with agreed terms and applicable law.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the terms specified therein. CCG reserves the right to suspend services where payments are materially overdue, subject to reasonable notice.

We work hard to keep our services and infrastructure reliable and, where agreed, to meet defined service levels. However, we do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, as further defined in the relevant agreement.

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Our website or services may reference or integrate third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
